Shipping Policy

We offer free FedEx or USPS shipping on every domestic order.

You will receive an email with the tracking number, once shipped.

We urge all customers to inspect their package for damage or tampering before receiving or signing for receipt.

For your protection, Meraki always:

  • Insures and registers all items for their full value.
  • Requires that all deliveries are made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Requires an adult to sign for the delivery of all orders.
  • For insurance purposes Meraki is unable to reroute packages after they have left our facility.

Shipping To Alternate Addresses

If you will not be home to sign for your order, Meraki can ship your order to your place of work, or another more convenient destination. As a security precaution to protect our customers against fraud you may be required to provide additional details if shipping to an address different than your billing address.

If you cannot be available, or have someone else available to sign for your package, you can have it shipped to a local hold for pick up location so that you can sign for and pick it up at your leisure. To schedule a hold for pick up, contact us at +1 (646) 401 0267

Meraki is committed to delivering every order as quickly as possible. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control and may result in an unavoidable delay to your delivery. An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date.
